Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji optimalisasi perjanjian antara perusahaan modal ventura dengan perusahaan pasangan usaha di Sulawesi Selatan. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, dengan memilih sasaran penelitian pada perusahaan modal ventura daerah yakni PT. Sarana Sulsel Ventura dan perusahaan pasangan usahanya di Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perjanjian antara perusahaan modal ventura PT. Sarana Sulsel Ventura dengan perusahaan pasangan usaha di Sulawesi Selatan, belum berjalan secara optimal. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi yakni: a. Faktor Internal mencakup lemahnya due dilligence oleh officer, fungsi monitoring yang lemah, dan over pembiayaan (overinvestment); b. Faktor Eksternal (PPU) mencakup karakter dari perusahaan pasangan usahapiutang usaha dari PPU yang macet, site streaming oleh PPU atau penggunaan modal ventura yang tidak sesuai dengan tujuan dan peruntukannya, dan siklus usaha.
