Qardh dalam Hubungan Kerja Sama Juragan Punggawa Sawi Pada Nelayan di Kabupaten Takalar

Abstract

The purpose of this study in general is to find out the qardh in the relationship between a skipper and a collector in the lives of fishermen in the village of Sampulungan. And the specific purpose of this study is to find out the analysis of qardh in the relationship of mustard-servant servants in the life of fishermen in the village of Sampulungan in the perspective of Islamic economic justice. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted in the Village of Sampulungan, North Galesong District, Takalar Regency. This research was conducted in 4 hamlets in the village of Sampulungan namely Sampulungan Lompo, Sampulungan Ca'di, Sampulungan Beru and Sampulungan. The approach used is a normative theological approach, sociology and Islamic economic approach. Data collection methods include interviews, observation and documentation. The collected data is analyzed through several stages namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing stages. The population of this study included skipper, retainer and mustard greens from the village of Sampulungan, North Galesong District, Takalar Regency using snowball sampling method. The results of this study showed that the form of qardh skipper-mustard retainer in Sampulungan Village did not violate the qardh provisions of Islamic economic perspective.
