Abstract

The prophet’s call to pay attention the factorsthat can recite the faith of a muslimis something that needs to be explored and recognized well, so that the forms of anticipation can be prepared. One such factor is poverty. In this paper, a review of the major influences gives freedom and influence to week and strengthen a person. By doing a descriptive analysis of the conception and implementation of Islamic doctrines such a zakat, with regard to social functions and economic development of their welfare, the authers discuss how zakat can be managed optimally and get government support to find solutions to help and reduce poverty. The maximization of zakat management is offered as one of the government’s options in poverty alleviation, it’s not only because zakat has the concept of distributing the distribution of the benefits and the value of the budget to assets, but also because zakat is a religious doctrine associated with anticipatory policies in response to influencing faith.
